People are not bad. Some do bad things because of how they are wired, educated, raised, things they may have experienced etc.
If the lad did go to star city and was told he couldnt enter because he wasnt a Muslim - that can have a knock on effect, which it has in regards to social media. Obviously some people "think" he just woke up one morning and decided to make up a story about it. Even if that was true - something would have triggered it.

Of course nobody is bad, you know apart from the medical conditions that prove people are because they are incapable of empathy, oh and their actions on a regular basis when that's not an issue.
The Kray brothers apparently made lovely cakes. Hitler was fantastic to those who care to know such things, even Pontius Pilot was said to be an amazing entertainer.
But what's more surprising is the excuses we come up with for people to justify their actions and turn it into something it's not.
Thankfully we've moved on from 20 years ago where the comment thought was the abused would become abusers and so on. Well at least some of us have.
About as logical as the murdered will become murderers really.
Obviously some people 'think' they can take at face value an entirely bullshit story made up for 15 seconds of fame that has been repeatedly debunked by numerous sources just because they can't question it and 'think' it's more likely to be true, rather than thinking somebody could be opportunist.
But you might be right, maybe there was something that triggered it.
15 seconds of fame, maybe a payment like the recent 'devil story' or maybe Heath is right.
But the triggers that don't suit you are so prominantly displayed by your posts.

Yes I agree this is just another made up 15 seconds of fame trash.
On the other hand though it works both ways. There will be anti Muslim stories circulating that are also untrue made up to play the racism card and to add further fuel to the fire.
As I always say there is scum in every walk of life/religion and there are bull crappers in every religion. That will never change.
As said before it's the medias fault for highlighting these ridiculous stories. Even if the stories are true all the media are doing is angering and annoying people and causing friction.

Yep, agree with that col. The trick is to check more than one source for each story. Unfortunately, there are enough people out there that want to be outraged, they have a ready made audience.

If the story was legitimate then the problem needs to be sorted obviously via the right channels but no need for it to be highlighted as long as the problem was sorted. If it was proved to be a recurring problem and there was evidence of a wrong doing and it was not actioned by management then the media would have a right to get involved. Not at this stage though.
Ps Rolf Harris is an evil vile monster. There is no good in him. Just like jimmy S his nice side was just a persona to cover up his real side. I have no nice sentiments for these kind of people no matter how nice they once appeared to be. Off with their heads.

We all know how easily these things happen on the ground. You get refused entry, you overhear someone say it's because they're only letting Muslims in, and suddenly that's what everyone believes. Chinese Whispers.
Many other news outlets looked at the story and decided not to run with it as the truth was somewhat different. It's just a shame the Mirror don't have the same standards.
