IF Spurs guarantee finishing above ars*nal this season, how will you react? I'd love to hear from the fans on this. Like many of you, this is new territory. Of course I'll be happy but will any of you take it any further?

I will be extatic inside and feel so proud to be a Spurs fan, more than ever!

...but I'm not going to go trolling Arse forums and Facebook pages to rub it in, I'm above that and feel even in this ancient rivalry that to boast and troll them would just give them further ammunition for any other come backs down the line.

The fact that it will hurt them is enough for me. No need to be a all school playground about it!
 
It's not a big deal, if we was to finish 4th and them 5th, or 1st and them 2nd then we have right to give it the biggun. But knowing ours and their luck we will finish 2nd, them 4th and win the FA Cup and then they've had the better season. So would mean little really
 
We're a club with a lot of class. To celebrate this like they do would enforce a small-club mentality. Winning NLD's and getting trophies are the times we can really enjoy the banters.
 
Will celebrate big style . This is massive for me . Cant really put it into words how big it is . 20 odd years finishing below that lot hurts .
I was at Wembley last Saturday and that was painful , I am gonna make sure I enjoy this one .
Must enjoy the good times , we have had enough bad times ….
I will give it to them lot in the stadium Sunday but I wont message scum fans or gloat on facebook , not my style but I will celebrate all Sunday night till the early hours

Being in the States as a Spurs supporter is quite different. I totally GET the rivalry and can't stand these arseholes but I don't have to deal with it face to face. I've been to one NLD at WHL.

The one time I went to a pub to watch a NLD here in Cincinnati, half the place was Arse and the other Spurs. Seeing them celebrate after a goal pissed me off so bad I haven't been back. It's definitely less intense over here and I never have to deal with gooners at work.

(Swankey FYI ****** is a misused slang name for travelling folk, but it is really for non-travelling gypsy folk, and is derived from the very old English army where the lowest rank was the pikeman. And the reason for the use of it in Arse terms is that they travelled once from Woolwich in South London, invaded our territory in North London, BUT never moved on, the low lifes so they are!).

I wrote yesterday to my ars*nal mates. Happy St.Gunneries day. May you keep Arsene as long as possible.
 
ars*nal been in a decline for while and are an embarrassment these days so I will keep my celebrations to a minimum.
 
The good thing about being a Spurs fan in the US is you never have casual "bandwagon" Spurs fans around, unlike Chelsea and Man U. If they wear a Spurs shirt, they know the club well. Interestingly, there are more Spurs supporter clubs in the USA than any other team!

My son attends a British Soccer Camp here in Cincinnati. The English instructor is a Man U guy.
I couldn't help but laugh when one of the parents spoke up and said, "You like Man United, that's cool. I like Liverpool a lot. My friend at work likes Liverpool so I started following them." T

If I see an Arse shirt I can pretty much bet it is someone who plays the sport and were attracted to their style of play and success during Wenger's golden years. You rarely see ars*nal supporters under the age of 30.

I have taken great joy in rubbing their noses (le arse loving mates) in it - I may regret it at some later date, but for once f**k decorum, I'm really enjoying their squirming.
 
I have especially loved how they keep trying to shoot down the achievement as if they haven't celebrated doing the same every season for the last however many years. Suddenly it is a sign of small club mentality, but it doesn't make them a small club.

They are not a bright bunch. Losers.
 
I hear Wenger will leave ars*nal, should they fail to qualify for the UCL, move his family to Nepal and then see out the rest of their days living as mountain goats. Poor old Arsenic :34:
 
It was a monkey we had to get off our backs, that's it for me.

I'm only interested in winning trophies.
