Ella in this one ... good to see, surprised though as I would have expected Carpenter or Casparij

They haven't done much business have they? I'm guessing that's why he walked away.
Yep .. but who would take him? ... bet Kang will be in there or he goes to the US
Just hope he doesnt turn up on our doorstep if Martin goes the other way.

I would be seriously disappointed if Ho walked after all of the investment the club have made in him and his squad, don't think it will happen.....fingers crossed!

Even with Xander's last comment Im still hanging on the last SpX post that we may have have another poker in the transfer fire. He is close to the club and what goes on behind the scenes.

Guess they wont be coming in now b4 they all fly to Spain

Then we have no Dir of Women or "Top Players hunter" at the helm to do much whilst Martin is away with the femmes.

One would think Martin also keeps track of who has signed who in the WSL and who is on the transfer list still that is sent to all clubs.

We also need to sort out Amanda and Clare with new contracts and move on Csiki and Bartrip .... still work to be done.

I am really happy with the biz thus far but then with every signing of quality that gets hoovered up by the opposition the less I feel confident that top 4 is there for us without a top RWA and/or a Top DM .... our weak players will prove that.

Looking forward to the pre season games now to see how the team sets up and who is likely to be in the 1st team "first to be pencilled in" list .. they do look hungry in the training vids of late. Also, if Martin chooses Amanda to get the nod for being the new Captain (I feel she would be great at that and keep her from leaving)

Molly signs on for Palace and follows Beth ... a good move for her and she can stay in the London area.

Last to move on is Csiki and maybe Naz in a trade - fingers crossed

Now is the time to make a move for Terland b4 they get a new manager - Come on Viv get yer purse out again.

It's an interesting situation that could throw up some unexpected opportunities. The players aren't going to be thrilled about his reason for leaving and quite a few could look to make an exit. You know their squad better than us sld, apart from Terland are there any others that might be of interest?

Served the club well, but definite weakness in the air for a centre half and probably the right time to move on for both parties.

For me TQ there are only a few I would consider

Strikers
No 1 target should be Terland and she is Norge and knows all our femmes
but Lea Schuller (Ger) is top class under the right manager but we now have Martinez (also a Ger)
I said way back when i wanted Wangerheim (Swede) for RWA ... I would still go for her if we cant get Terland. She will be much cheaper for sure and Martin can develop her no doubt.

(As for Bizet - she can take a dive off the plank. I dont like renegades neither)

all 3 will now be wondering what the heck is going on now !!!

Mids
Jess Park is the obvious one but doubt we would pay the money and that we are awash with AMids anyhow but she is by far their best player
Maybe Zigiotti if I were to choose one
the rest are OK to average at best.
Sorry but like Parris, I just dont like Toone for what she is but yes she is a good player but Not the right type for my/our team though.

Defence
We have a great set of defenders now and they have a few gems
Sandberg Rolfo and Lundkvist (all Swede)
maybe Le Tissier (Brit)

GK
I still think Tullis Joyce is top drawer and we should have gone for her b4 we even looked at Kop it Kate.

She shined within a weak team under 2 poor managers (Skinner and Ikea man) but once class came into the side and a top Manager it was much harder for her to get to the level to compete.

I could not understand the 3 year contract though unless the club knew all along they were going to sell her to make some fund money.

That side of the buiz model always surprises me as u can catch a bad cold like we have with Thomas and Csiki .. as u dont earn money out of loans - u just save your salary outgoing. At least we got some funds back for Martha as well last week.

That is why i say we should offload Naz now whilst she has VALUE - we probably could get £300k for her now but half that come Jan. I still say trade her in a straight swop for Ruby Mace

Can’t lie. Am a bit worried about the United situation. Led to believe there is a release clause in Ho contract and they would definitely be one of the clubs he would give consideration to, being back in native North-West. Only saving grace is they seem to have said going down a younger player pathway with less spending on ‘names’.

I would hope like TQ says - he has a great collection of players he wanted here now so why jump ship even if they were willing to pay the release clause. It's really down to whether he wants to be near his family in Munchester area again rather than building a legacy here for the next years. He is not married so we cant blame the wife not wanting to be in Norf London... can we?

Man U will not support him .. they will in his first 2/3 windows but after that it will be all downhill and I hope he just already knows that. The Glazers are like Levy - they really dont want a women's team.
