So for the newbies coming to this new thread - the first rumour is Kirsty Hanson - Striker from Aston Villa .. even their own fans think she is wasted at theirs (ripe for picking)

Then we have Eliz Terland (Norwegian) from Man U being allowed to leave at the right price

Also Selina Cerci is available from Hoffenheim who scores for fun and who those down the road want so why not us eh?

So many cast off's from the big teams being already announced but the better ones are in their prime and we want to drive the average age down not up.
So where are we light? esp with Maike Hamano going back to Chelsea and 6 players already announced as leaving at the end of June, namely Graham Rybrink Buhler Grant AJT (James-Taylor) and our Captain Beth England.
For me it is the following ...
We def need a good CB cover to pair up with Bartrip esp with AJT & Buhler both leaving
We def need both wing attacks upgraded to "elite" status .. not development status. Vinberg Gatwick Naz Dennis are simply not good enough imho to get us to top 3/4 yet 3 of these were recently extnd by the club which says a lot namely (Gatwick Dennis Vinberg) - Naz's contract is up next year so she could be moved on for some money in Jan (or even this Summer)
We def need 2 new creative midfielders
Spence Summanen blow hot and cold too much, Ahtinen is average at best and Oroz - well I just do not see where she fits in anymore and that leaves Csiki who shouldnt have been ever signed in the first place... both Vilaham signings.
So we need 2 new elite status creative midfielders to allow Gaupset to be released alongside Holdt to strut their stuff & to supply the Striker/s
Then at the sharp end we def need 1 or 2 prolific WSL strikers to replace Tandberg/Thomas as 1st choice.
To get top 3/4 one needs to be well into +GD and we have never finished a season in + ... always -GD and that seriously needs to change.
I also personally feel we need a better GK than Kop - for me she doesnt breed confidence that she can or will stop goal attacks. Her positioning, decision making and distribution is also very worrying. There have been so many good GK's available over the last 4 windows yet we sign Kop as the 3rd status keeper from Leicester - enough said.
This will cover all areas and allow us to field a 1st team of 11 elite players and not just 5 as we have at the moment esp with our 6th Hamano leaving and going back to Chelsea.
Will it happen remains to be seen when player announcements get made in July.
Then the bench skill level can then be looked at over the next 2-4 windows after the summer.
As for the club set up ... we really need a women's U21 side created and put into the WSL2 league for bench players to get some playing time rather than just gym and development training.
If we can keep a squad injury free that would help so lets see what transpires over the coming months
Last but not least is Club set-up .. we still need a new Dir of the Women's game and an experienced player researcher.
