Possibly not, when they were supposedly trying to sign (but denied due to embargo) Simeon Akinola about a week ago.

I'm not sure what they've got they're in such a mess. Don't get me wrong, it's very much of their own doing and pre dates Covid so I don't have a deal of sympathy for them; but do they still even have a youth team?

The youth players haven’t been tested for Covid is reason given. Although wasn’t aware testing of L2 players is a prerequisite.
