I think I would prefer Soudani who can be utilised upfront or on the wing. Additionally I think neither of them wIll be first choice striker if we,for example, get Grabban.
 
Personally I think Kranky will fcuk both Peterborough & Midlesbrough off for the same reasons and who could blame him - they know we have money in the transfer pot to spend and both are holding us to ransom.

If there's players out there that can do the same job for a lot less outlay then so long as we get the same outcome then whacky-do do.
 
Ah right there does seem to be a filter for certain players. The perils of an owner with two clubs.

Not sure if the pip will end up toodled or whacked.
 
Yeah, Soudani AND Brereton would be good for the club. But we mustn't forget our other academy player Bamford that we'd loaned out to Chelsea.
 
There is no evidence to suggest theat one of EM's club is a feeder for the other. Only a few players who have been struggling at one club either tries out or fills a squad gap in another.

We have hardly splashed the cash also. Since AK has arrived most deals have been loans with options. Figi and Cav ( spread over the length of contract and it becomes more palatable re FFP) being the exceptions. Total is about the same as got for BA.

I imagine they are expecting Breraton/Gomis/Appiah or Johnson to break thru in next 18 months and therefore may be thinking of investing in a hefty season long loan. Still have Murphy and Velios on books with Soudani possibly covering occasionally. Can't see AK suddenly changing to 4:4:2 and therefore only need one striker and cover.
 
Seems like the Stuani deal might happen. 2,5mill or so. Ive seen this guy a few times, bit of a british style forward in many ways, not the most skilfull but a real battler and does know where the net is

wed be in trouble if we only had those two clearly. Ben is going to playing far less this season I suspect and needs to improve and he will do so. But i expect at least 3 options before him this season

The finances are not Karankas responsibility and not something he is taking, nor should he be taking, into account

HOW DARE YOU DISAGREE WITH ME.

I dunno Paz. I think he might be down the pecking order, but where he's been let down is having the right amount of protection and support from midfield. I think this season would suit him if the new players click.
