Soriano's Vision for Manchester City FC

[Skoorb]

Delivered to 400 fans at the Supporter's Club Annual Dinner last week at the Etihad.

I would hardly describe it as momentous personally and if he wants the club to remain true to it's community roots and really wants to address how City tackle can "find a way to be a community club in the 21 century" perhaps he consider starting with the pricing of tickets for the Champion's League home fixture against PSG. From where I sit that feels less like being a 'community club' and more like price gouging the loyal fans.

Make your own mind up Blues

P.S. He also omits to mention how the fans of NYCFC felt whilst departing their home stadium having played on a baseball pitch last Sunday evening having witnessed their side lose 0-1 to Orlando.....

Sounds more like a PR man than a CEO.

Isn't that pretty much all football is about these days - promoting your brand?

Certainly good with the talking but the walking has a bit of a limp to it.........

I lost all focus on what he was saying when he started talking about the Vicar's daughter.
