Away from home, and who have we replaced him with?stupid club and fans that thought he was shit/past it,,and that was 3 yrs ago,he may not be the same player but he's still better than any finisher we have at this club,he and Kane should have led our attack in a team that doesn't leak goals,or the very last he should have been on our bench for games like today,he should have ended his career here,pisses me right off seeing him score clinical goals elsewhere,even now..

So did I mate,I thought they played like they were all on acid,slow the fuck down,100 miles per hr again in the first half,we have a cracking side but it's the finishing,lamela should have had two,Kane misses another glorious chance,the point of the thread is I'm pissed of that we gave away a good finisher even past his best and replaced him with?????.

Agree on Defoe , always have done, disgrace he was let go and replaced with shit or nothing at all.

I'm not a happy clappy fan mate,,I still get emotional and wish I never hence these threads,I was kind of apathetic before this season,and although I still don't get a sick as I used to when we lose it still hurts to lose to Leicester bloody city at home,with a title challenge going begging, so m pissed of when we give away one of the best finishers we've ever had and replaced with inferior players for bundles of money,and then they go we have no good finishers at the club,sorry if I upset you but you can go a cry somewhere else about us needing finishers when we gave one of the best there is/was away for nothing,stoopid,see I know how clncal his finishes were tonight even thought I haven't seen them,and I suspect you do,and that's something we don't have at our club,its bullshit..

Defoe wouldn't of scored like that for us. Always offside, should of been called twice tonight. He always scores in a burst, he probably won't score again til end of year now so let's not get nostalgic. We need a striker but he wouldn't fit into the system as I doubt berahino would

What exactly is the system, run about a lot and close down ?

I doubt any of our great strikers of the past would fit into Poch's system, Son and N'jie fit the bill though God help us.
 
Njie is not good, where we pulled him from I have no idea. Son will probably be another of those players who is just bad at Spurs but does well at any other team. I mean the one up front system. Defoe Was never good at that! We don't have many goals in us unfortunately, that needs to change
 
I don't think any of us should kid ourselves that poch is a great tactician. He has literally been brought in to bring through the youngsters. There doesn't seem to be any plans out there when things need to change

I said when I first saw N'Jie in a Spurs shirt that I wasn't sure football should be his sport, maybe he'd be better in athletics ?
