How will this affect Jim’s position.

Plenty of initial panic/supposition over Jim's future but I think this chaps' pedigree should be enough for Jim to recognise he is working with a 'professional'. My take is that Jim Gannon has mellowed a bit, but it could be hard to surrender some decisions. I pray everyone can all pull together as this Wilson chap has worked at a much higher level and so it is encouraging he has 'seen' the plan and potential of the club.

Apologies for my extra, extra optimistic take on all this but I just feel things are going to be great. And a majority of County fans want JG to be part of the journey I suspect.
