Signings for 2025/26 Season

Somebody has to lift this air of negativity and despair enveloping everything HUFC, sure the manager will give it his best shot, along with his assistant, if it is to be NMc. So much negativity on social media it’s depressing and anyone dropping by soon gets caught up in it.
Too many focussed on the problem and not enough focussing on the solution.:red:

The arrival of the lad today (7 July), makes 5 new signings so far! To be fair they all seem pretty decent, on paper, so perhaps it might prove we have a competitive squad for the start of the season.

Every new season seems like rinse and repeat, new manager, players coming and going, personally think we will finish higher than we have last two seasons and with more points.
Grayson is more experienced than Hartley, Askey or Sarll and is going about his business in a professional way, we’ll be alright :red:

I think the fact there has been few, and certainly no accurate, rumours regarding signings would indicate the professional approach, to date.
Pools definitely need a decent keeper before the start of the season.

Ten signings up to now, looks like a more solid defence, 5 additions. Added 3 to the midfield and 2 strikers who both know where the net is, should be a better season, if we keep knee jerk reactions to a minimum. Maybe stop training on an artificial surface then playing on grass might help keep the injuries down,

Overall the signings seem satisfactory and, perhaps, improvements on those who left moved on to "better things ".
We just need a goalkeeper, but I suspect that might be a loanee in a few weeks time.

I was right about the goalkeeper being a loanee, just got the timing wrong!
It would seem Mr Grayson has now fully assembled his squad for the season, hopefully they gel quickly and Pools have a positive start to the season.
