Should Bayliss be replaced as Test Coach?

I have absolute confidence in Bayliss as One Day coach. Yet his test record is shocking. No consistency and quite why they didn't pick Curran to play.

He has been the stand out player for me.

The question is....how do England become a consistent test team. Their catching is woeful and their batting line up is about as secure as the house made out of straw.

Suggestions?
