Sheffield Wednesday

Once again the EFL fail to have the testicular fortitude to make an example. Wednesday have got away with relegation why are Wigan taking their deduction this season and Wednesday next. There is nothing like consistency is there...

Now that is a good question. Everyone knows the EFL are weak. You would be livid if you were a Wigan or Charlton fan.

A league match against Wednesday would have been very tasty!

Lawyers will be rubbing their hands no doubt.

The 2020-21 season is now expected to begin on Saturday 5 August 2023, by which time everyone else hopes that Bournemouth, Sheffield Wednesday, Derby County, Charlton Athletic, Wigan Athletic, Stevenage, Macclesfield Town and Bury ("the old girl") will have become bored with screaming, squealing, stamping their feet in a deranged tantrum, filling their nappies, squealing some more, pounding the floorboards with their fists, crying, blubbering, weeping, and generally making lots of threats and heaping the blame onto everyone (anyone) else for their own wrongdoing.

Have fun sorting that out.

Perhaps the respective legal teams have agreed to permit an extended period of deliberation, solely to ensure that all opinions are considered and allowed the respect they deserve, and that the correct decision is arrived at.

In other words, let's agree to milk this bugger for all it's worth.

Yes, but it really is because they delegate responsibility.

Spineless fools.
No, the EFL is a private members club, meaning that its rules are made (and amended where necessary) by a majority vote of its own members.
