Shameful cowardly attack

Donations to a disabled pensioner who was mugged outside his home have topped £150,000.

Alan Barnes, 67, was left too afraid to return to his home in Low Fell, Gateshead after the attack on Sunday.

Mr Barnes, who is visually impaired, broke his collarbone when he was pushed to the ground.

Following reports of the attack, which police described as "disgraceful", the Help Alan Barnes online donation page was created on the Go Fund Me site.

Beautician Katie Cutler, who set up the page, said it showed "there are so many lovely people out there".

"Not just people in the North East, but we've had people donating from Canada, Holland, down south, the USA, New Zealand.



What sort of person can do such a thing, such people make me think violent thoughts.


 
Made me sick seeing this picture in the news, how can anybody do this is the big question, what cowards and what scum of humanity they am, should bring back hanging imo

Fingers crossed the person/people who did that die horrible deaths.

Sick bastards who do this need birching!....... Give them something to think about when they are considering doing the same type of thing!

Such a wonderful response by kind hearted people around the world though. There is hope.

Sad think is "The Other Version" see's people finding excuses to blame others for the action of these thugs. The total has now reached near £200,000 I hope someone managed to register him as a Charity before the Government take 40% as unearned Income.

If they did, a campaign to relieve him of £80,000 would hit the net and pressure/shame the treasury.
 
Over 250k now the bloke is totally overwhelmed by it all which is lovely bet the scum bag is really shitting himself now the pressure on him must be massive now.Just hope he gets a good kicking before the old bill catch up with him.
 
People don't live by my code that's for sure. How can these people sleep at night? You don't pick on the vulnerable you look after them.
