Sepp Blatter: Hope Solo accuses ex-Fifa president of sexual harassment

US goalkeeper Hope Solo has accused former Fifa president Sepp Blatter of sexual harassment. The World Cup winner, 36, says the incident happened at the 2013 Ballon d'Or awards, before she went on stage to present an award. In an interview with Portugal newspaper Expresso, Solo - who has 202 caps - said: "I had Sepp Blatter grab my ass."

It's interesting that she's made this allegation. Blatter's career is over (thankfully) and without any proof, there is no chance of getting a conviction. It's her word against his. Perhaps she's hoping to inspire others to come out against Blatter?
 
They are all coming out with these stories now, sadly they should have tried when these sorts were in power. I understand the difficulties of doing so but nevertheless it's too late now to be talking about it. It's a power thing, so I do get why they were intimidated but there are other ladies talking about these issues and saying when someone made a move on them they shout at them, or told them to eff off.

Silence doesn't help, as said, I'm being mindful of why they remained silent. But now it seems some are wanting to tell or is it sell their stories. As said, too late.
 
I know we shouldn't be judgmental and as a fan of football I'm obviously know fan of Blatter, but this Hope Solo girl is no angel.

Remember the Fappening, when loads of sex photo's were leaked?

She had about 100 photos exposed and seemed to love showing off her cush and bumhole to anyone who wanted to see.

Hope Solo is no shrinking violet but (if these allegations are true) I think she could expect Blatter to behave more professionally.
