A letter from NCFC with ' important documents enclosed '

Information on new kit : Is it not already on sale ?
Begging letter for academy : Not been given enough fans money yet ?
Fixture list : Were they not out a few weeks ago ?
Yellow rewards. Crap discount items when using ST.

Perhaps most important of all, a letter to explain the season ticket was not enclosed as last seasons is valid for this coming season.

Cost of preparing and sending 20,000 copies of this important information out ?

Ridiculous . Maybe we could have saved on postage stamps by getting the useless Jarvis (with his £30,000 a WEEK wages ) to deliver every letter by hand
