Why does this club do these things last minute? I renewed at the start of May, why send 30k+ season tickets two weeks before kick off? It’s so inefficient to have a situation where I imagine hundreds of people if not even into the early thousands are having problems next Saturday.
I think this needs to asked at the FCG. The communication is also shite, they act like they’re running a corner shop at times.

Yes tell me about it the Knob head always leaves the porch door wide open and any parcels on display, we've even put a sign up saying please make sure door is close behind you .
Everyone else manages it but Royal mail the real pros not a chance

That's a point, we used to get vouchers didn't we, for a drink, money off food, and I forget what else. Was a nice touch.
