I posted on the New Ticketing System thread earlier, saying:
“Thursday's post just arrived - NO season ticket. Hope it arrives tomorrow (Friday), Saturday's post will be too late as I will be on my way to Kent.
Going to contact the club now. Why did I think this was going to happen?
The Roone replied saying: "I just rang the ticket office, got straight through and was told, if your season ticket has not arrived, to turn up on the matchday with photo ID and your customer number, and they will let you in".
I then asked: You say "will let you in". Do you know if this is via the turnstile or the ticket office?
PS - Just found out that two other season ticket holders I know have not received anything either.
Are they just trying to piss people off intentionally, if so, they are making a bloody good job of it.

I have just spoken to the ticket office. Completely incompetent.
I paid £1 extra for an extra ticket to be posted out to me but i've just been told they are not posting out extra tickets. Why charge £1 extra if you don't post them out. I was given an e-mail address to write to but the address was wrong.
Also my ST has not arrived. My mates ST has not been sorted out even though i was told it was. This has gone on for 10 days so far.
I'm now being forced to drive 50 miles to sort it out. Complete idiots.
