The only kind of freezing I like at Villa Park.

Nice to see the club rewarding loyalty with this move. Regardless of whether we’re promoted or not, this gives true fans an incentive to keep coming back..

Just realised Sir Dennis jnr is now 18 so his season ticket will cost me more.

I may suggest he can't have one.

any reactions to the pricing etc folks, want to do an article on fans thoughts.

I suppose it depends on your circumstances JF, but for me now I am over 65 a season ticket for where I usually sit in upper holte k4 will cost me £290, a bargain. I have to set that against where I live which involves a five hundred mile round trip but I generally manage at least half the home games.
On that basis in the Championship I am a few quid out of pocket but its worth it to have my own seat guarenteed every game.
If I lived anywhere within a hundred miles of Brum it would be a no brainer.

yeah, getting a ST is also the guarantee of 'your' seat obviously. If people aren't bothered by that, then floating around for offers works.

I like where I sit, very set in that, so have to have a ST

Yes, you get to know the people around you. Just waiting to see if tmg jnr gets a place at Birmingham Uni before committing.

Good move by the club and some reward for us the fans. Like you JF I love where I sit in the Upper Holte, good people around me always ready for a laugh, so it's an ST for me again.

Agreed 63, it's especially important when not playing well I think, it's the company and the laughs etc that make it worth going to the game!

Reactions to the season ticket announcement from AVFC and details.

I posted this earlier. Before the latest stuff came out.

Exercise caution folks, if you've not bought your ST already, while this mess is being sorted, personally I'd say hold off.

Some might think that dramatic or anti Villa, it isn't, it is pro fan and we need to see how the legals land on all this.

Friendly advice, it's just a wait a short while in case there is administration issues.

 Worrying times

Again obvious concerns, especially if the speculation about getting money out of China is the main issue here. That said, the fact there was a delay in going back on sale is actually somewhat soothing.

But with no early bird or whatever we call it these days no harm in being cautious I would think.

If you bought using the interest free credit option then it's surely the credit company's problem under the Consumer Credit Act if it all goes tits up.

Yup Consumer Credit Act would come into play, but I don't know the specifics of football/season tickets and whether there are get outs. Ordinarily if the product/service wasn't delivered it 'should' fall on the bank/card company but it would need to be checked out.
