I got optimistic and despite trying to be neutral in appraising things, a part of me concerns that I have some slight bias somewhere after predicting we could finish 11th. Therefore Im going to tip a drop of water out of my glass and my new prediction is 12th

I think we will finish at least 9th. The big question is whether we have the ability to reach the 60 point mark and get to 8th.

Pope John makes an interesting point. If City are relegated we could finish as high as eighth without the need for 60 points or above. If that line of argument is extended and Chelsea too are punished we could finish seventh.
