Clearly the players know they haven’t been good enough. The spine of the team has been really poor. Best thing Sean Dyche can do is tell MGW to stop the flicks and not pussy foot around around our penalty box.

No Yates is our captain!
Just listened to the press conference - None of the other players 'get' the club like Yates does - even if not playing he needs to be the conduit between the management, the players and the fans.
I never realised it myself - until watching this

I thought it was a great interview , doesn't guarantee we'll start winning immediately of course but i do feel we're in good hands. I feel instantly connected.

It was years ago when I went there.

There was a structure of some description on the terrace at the halfway line, which was totally out of character with the rest of the stadium.

One of the locals told us it was a memorial to Mussolini, but I got the impression he was having a laugh at our expense.

Yep. There is no guarantee that he will do anything of note for us but you just know that he will do everything he can. I really hope that he does manage to exceed expectations though for both him and us…

2 reasons
1. Marinakis' management of the club is the most crucial reason and Silva has the benefit of working successfully with him before.
2. Like Dyche he has provided stability on low budgets but does have successful European experience.

As I say it's just opinion and I fully support Sean Dyche's appointment who seems to be making a great first impression.

That was an outstanding 2 interviews which Dyche has done
I immediately want to go and have a guiness with him

He’ll get an incredible reception tomorrow night. Our culture is back
