Science Links Anxiety To High IQ’s & Sentinel Intelligence, Social Anxiety To Very Rare Psychic Gift

..................................

Although Western medicine has radically transformed our world for the better, and given rise to some of the most remarkable breakthroughs in human history, in some ways it is still scratching at the lower slopes of the bigger picture. Only recently have our health systems begun to embrace the healing power of some ancient Eastern traditions such as meditation, for example. But overall, nowhere across the human health spectrum is Western medicine more unknowledgeable than in the realm of mental health. The human brain is the most complex biological machine in the known Universe, and our understanding of its inner workings is made all the more challenging when we factor in the symbiotic relationship of the mind-body connection.

So thats why i get loads of anxiety,,,i have some intelligence then ''sentinel intelligence'' IN YOUR FACE SUCKERZ :73:

The ancient techniques of medicine and other meditation i have been watching loads about over the past few years on documentries, there is defo something to this pineal gland and psychic abilities, i loved the one doc i watched about the placebo affect showing just how much a lot of things in life is in your mind.

(your using too much of their article kefkat, one paragraph at the very most)

Anxiety and depression are still things that Western medicine is far behind in.

They always say "see a doctor" if your feeling anxious or depressed, but all they do is stick you on medication like Lexapro. Maybe everyone is different, but I found good physical exercise like jogging was 10 times more effective than medication and got myself off it.

I always wondered why my doctor didn't even bring up exercise at the time rather than just writing a prescription for something that costs 40 quid for a month's supply. But Big Pharma gotta make their money, or maybe I'm just paranoid and there's something that can be prescribed for that too. Cha-ching!

I would also say I have a social anxiety problem, but that comes from me hating everyone rather than having any kind of psychic empathy with them! :5:

:1: :1: :19: :19: Yeah Steph i know what ya mean,,,,good post en all, i found aswell being on the go more and putting my mind to some excercise has made me lift up a bit, sod the meds :35:

It depends on the person. Everyone will suffer with depression etc. at some time in their lives. For the main they won't need additional support. However for every 100 that don't need additional support/ or short term there will another 100 that do.

I remember my Dr telling me in the 90's, 60% of their work load was mental health related. That was then and it has got much worse.

I would be in the nut house without my meds as the same as my 2nd son, who is bipolar.

There is always exceptions KK but me and Steph dude was mainly on about the way the docs and the modern Western culture just cor wait to hand out smarties to cure troubles when excercise and help in general is way better if it can be,

P.S yam in the nuthouse now KK ffs on here,,,we all am cuckoo :13:

Nah it's the thought of the next due asteroid on the 29th November failing to hit earth and cause a mass extinction killing us all thats making him a little anxious imo
