Saint Johnstone

I see we have to travel to play my boyhood team in the British Cup.
Now please be nice, the Saints are a small team from Perth in Scotland which has a population of around the 50000 mark. Couldn't even fill the stadium in Manchester and so there won't be too many pissed up jocks there.
I reckon there might be a few of my old mates with a dram or two inside them though. :008:
I'll be on the internet to them in the meanwhile and. Already have had a couple of mails from there telling me they are looking forwards to giving us a good hiding. Ha ha. They will never change. Good Craic ! :001:

The British Cup? What the hell is that?

We played St Johnstone in a behind-the-scenes / closed door pre-season game way back in July. City beat them 3-0 I do believe.

I'll have to go hunting for more info on this BC thingy :034:

I don't have a clue myself T except that it's full title as far as I can see is the Supporters BC. Doesn't help much eh :050:
Maybe CZ can enlighten us?

It's a match between supporters of the clubs.

St Johnstone supporters football team, PSJ, play on a Saturday morning and have been drawn to face Man City supporters in the second round of the British Cup

Bit difficult to find much information but it may possibly be part of the Internet Football Association Cup?

It is indeed THE IFA a national knockout comp and this is the second round, but I doubt if we will get any results and we will leave that to Ozi to update us.
