Had to laugh at this, because if you've ever driven anywhere in Russia or the old Soviet states this will bring back some scary memories..

Lol, why are so many russians filming their car journeys?

Car insurance out there is a nightmare Dave, (name a scam/fraud and it's used out there) so almost every driver (well must be most by now) use driver cams just in case, it's also because when you used to get stopped by the police for just about nothing you could use the cam to stop yourself having to pay a 'cash fine'....(bribe to you and me)...The police in the cities out there are so corrupt that they used to openly call it their working time bonus!

As you can see driver discipline is almost non-existent...it certainly takes some getting used to.

OOpsss...

A man has died after reportedly shooting himself while playing a game of Russian roulette at his home in Glasgow, Scotland.

Alan McWilliams was found seriously injured on Saturday night and taken to Southern General Hospital where he died the following day.

A neighbour of the 41-year-old told the Scottish Sun newspaper that Mr McWilliams had been ‘playing Russian roulette with a pal and the gun went off’.

Strathclyde police said they were treating the death as ‘unexplained’.

‘Detectives are carrying out extensive inquiries following the death of a man in Johnstone at the weekend,’ a police spokesman said.

‘Around 8:30pm on Saturday March 2 officers were called to a report of a man with a firearm within a house in Hogg Avenue, Johnstone.

‘Emergency services attended and the 41-year-old man was taken to the Southern General Hospital. Unfortunately, the man died in hospital on Sunday.

‘A post-mortem examination will be carried out later today to establish the exact circumstances of the death and a report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.’

Even using blanks, you can easily kill yourself with a close shot to the body. Plastic wadding in the shell casing to keep in the powder can do real damage. Anyone remember the 'Cover up' series and Jon-Erik Hexum? He was on set waiting to film and the filming was delayed, he got bored and spun the barrel of a Magnum gun filled with blanks and put it to his head. It took out about a quarter of his skull. He was pronounced brain dead days later after operations etc.
