Provided the take over is completed I do not think our position is any where near as bad as people are making out; Rotherham are as good as down, Wigan are only a few bad results from being adrift, so that leaves one position to avoid.

Add in Burton will likely find the second half of the season harder than the first and Bristol have lost 9/10.

I disagree , i reckon Blackburn , Bristol City and Cardiff will all finish above us so it's a case of if we can finish above Wigan and Burton for me.
Even with a takeover there's no guarantee of a big upturn in form and we've been fooking awful recently.
It's definitely as bad as some are making out.
 
Only chance Blackburn have is if they sack Coyle, he'll take them down if given the full season, no doubt.

They played really well at QPR in the cup apparently .
At least they've shown some semblance of form recently.
 
We do have goals though. Perier assombolonga vellios and even bendtner have goals in them. Rowett will play to their strengths. We still need x2 midfielders though.
 
Rotherham and Wigan will go down. I think Cardiff and Bristol will stay up. Bristol may have to change manager to stay up but still think they'll stay up because they have some decent players. Blackburn and Burton are our rivals for the third relegation spot imo. Such a stupid decision from Montanier to give Jamie Ward to a relegation rival. He is streets ahead of Carayol and Dumitru, and has been one of Burton's best players. Looked impressive every time I've seen him.

2/2 US consortium have also begun approaching poss new #nffc players, as frustrated at takeover delays. Hopeful will complete deal by w/end.
 
I suspect the club is in such a bad condition it's just a nightmare getting to the bottom of the debts and who as trousered the 13 million Burke money,answers on a postcard to NFFC c/o J J Moores
 
If that is correct we can assume that a Director of Football is lined up and ready to go.

We can also assume that Rowett has no issues working for a DOF.
