In this case, it's not so much rotten as downright fecking stupid. I completely get that the Government have already been through (and got rid of) anyone with an iota of ability or competence, but for a Health Sec to come out with this shite is truly beyond what we should expect from a Minister of State, who are supposed to know their brief.
