Rotherham United (h): What 3 Things Do The Imps Need To Do To Win?

1 Take the momentum from Saturday into the match. It has been well documented what a terrific performance and result Saturday was. We were at it from the kick off and if we play anywhere near as well against Rotherham, they will struggle to deal with the fluid passing and movement shown at The Abbey Stadium

2. Get the ball to Anthony Scully as quickly and as often as possible. Sometimes players hit a real purple patch in how they play the game and at the moment you have to say that young Anthony is playing with supreme confidence and form. He floats between positions and is a nightmare for any defender and you do feel that any time he gets into his stride a chance will come for either himself or someone else. He has had to wait to become that first name on the teamsheet and such form that he is currently showing won't last forever. But at this point in time he can win tomorrow's game almost by himself.

3. Protect the back four. The sole issue on Saturday was that we again let a goal in. Not a huge issue when you put five past the opposition, but a clean sheet would give our back four and especially Josh Griffiths a huge morale boost. To do this our midfield will need to be on their toes to prevent Rotherham running at the centre of our defence or getting crosses in from the flanks.
