Rotherham United (h): Interviews, Score Predictions, Starting XI & Match Thread

Need to make changes.

Pardington

Darikwa - Jackson - O’Connor - Roughan

Bayliss - Hamilton

Ring - Moylan - Hackett

Walker

Had it on good authority that Walker has been available for selection for the last 2 games, but has been left out for tactical reasons. Bollocks to that, get him in from the start.

1-0 win!

Rotherham and Stevenage back to back is just what you want!

It would be a big call to drop Wickens, not necessarily because it'd be the wrong choice but changing a GK always seems to create a bit of a story.

Hamilton for Erhahon with McGrandles dropping back and Jackson for Montsma. Perhaps Moylan in there as well.

Big two home games coming up.

Oh dear terrible Xmas and now the new year games. We are going backwards to the double whammy of goal shyness / comedy defending. It must be time to shuffle the pack including the GK. A couple of unremarkable 2-0 wins against Roth / Stev in the mannner of the Reading win please. And ar*e kicking party for EE must keep trap shut.

Lincoln 0 Rotherham 4, with Evans dancing a samba in the centre circle at full-time.

What a horrible, horrible thought. Surely wouldn’t be allowed with women and children present.

I’m going for a 2-1 win, no logic for it whatsoever. Probably an own goal and then a Jackson winner.

Hamilton started yesterday

Rotherham defenders will deal with stuff in the air, but won't want to be run at so this would be my team in a 4-3-3

Wickens
Darikwa Jackson O'Connor Roughan
McGrandles
Bayliss Moylan
Makama Cadamateri Hackett

Subs: Paddington Montsma Hamilton House Walker Jeffries Street (or Ring if he's over his bug)

Get Jovon and Reeco running at them out wide with Bayliss and Moylan doing the same in the centre of the pitch. Might be an open game, but one which will keep the crowd entertained a bit more I think

We desperately need to see a reaction from whoever plays.

Ring, Walker and McKiernan seem to have disappeared from view, so hopefully will provide options from the bench along with three of Makama, Street, Draper and Bayliss.

2-1 win

Carrying on out impressive home form

P6 W4 D1 L1. (although 2 of those wins were in October)

Have managed to fit in 10 away games since then.

A little selective no? Guessing that includes the Man City u21s rather than going back 6 league games for which our home form is 12th in the division.

W5 D2 L3 isn't a particularly impressive home record I don't think, although we have played a fair few of the better sides. Think it's a very generous interpretation to suggest we're in any sort of form!

We aren't in any sort of form but ...

Our home form is really not a thing because we have only played 3 League games at home since October.

1 in a gale - we drew
1 against the Leaders we lost
1 against the worst team anyone had seen for ages apparently (still 6th following 2 wins and 6 goals in the last week) we won

Adding a cup game against Man City and 10 away games at all points (north) Morecambe, Bolton, Huddersfield, Rotherham (South) Crawley, Chesham. (East) Skegness behind closed doors and (West) Bristol, Shrewsbury, Wrexham and Exeter.

and that's one of the unfavourable things that sees us looking a bit worse than I think we really are.
