I agree with your general point but Sancho is not a great example, he had just turned 17 when he left, it's unrealistic to expect a 16 year old getting senior minutes especially given it was Pep's first season and he was just learning the Premier league ropes.

I don't actually know anything about him as yet, but he may just be Montondo's replacement and as such he does go into the EDS side.
