A "full file" of further allegations against jailed entertainer Rolf Harris is being considered by prosecutors, the BBC understands.

The Crown Prosecution Service said it was given the evidence after an 85-year old man was interviewed in relation to Operation Yewtree in February.

The BBC understands the man to be Harris, currently serving a prison term for a string of indecent assaults.

The Metropolitan Police said it would not comment on the case.
