A very good mate of good mate of mine took an overdose when he was in his late teens but fortunately recovered. I was with him almost 7 days a week back then and I absolutely had no idea. He was always laughing and popular with the girls, he didn't seem to have a care in the world. The thing is he never really explained to me why he did it. His Dad died very young a few years earlier and we wondered if that was the catalyst, but he never said that it was the reason. Good to say he's still alive and kicking today but that taught me never to take things at face value. Several times over the years, I'd be doing somebodies review or annual appraisal at work and it would come out at that things weren't what they seemed with them. It's good to talk and deviate from the script sometimes.

It was a must watch when I was a kid along with others you wouldn’t get away with now why were they always the funniest tho 🤷‍♂️ allo allo,rising damp,love thy neighbour

Cheers for that sir, I hadn't noticed it. I've watched that channel before, I saw 'Till death do us part' and 'In sickness and in health' on it last year. I'll talk a look. Steptoe and son are on it tonight @Mahatmafoot

Sorry meant WBBC TV. Been watching it for last few months and there's nothing funnier on at the moment. Unless you go to YouTube and watch the US Senate hearing elections and how John Kennedy, Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley rip apart Democrat left wingers and wokies. Gets to be compulsive viewing.

Was it the latter one that was partly filmed in Sheffield they used high hazels park bowling green it was my local park within walking distance when I was kid
