That was my first suspicion but every previous reference to that man - David Henderson - I could find in reports at the time said that he was 60, not 64.

There are now some newspaper reports saying that it is him.

If he prosecuted I hope they can pin something on Willie McKay as well. A very unpleasant character by all accounts. Effectively using his son as cover when continuing to act as an agent when banned.

His mantra as an agent was that he was not there to take care of players. Just to organise transfer deals and take his cut.

Henderson was his contact and he found the other pilot who was not sufficiently qualified. This all whiffs of doing things on the cheap.
