Residents want their street name changed

Residents in the Black Country want their street name changed from Bell End because it's "too rude".

What makes it 'worse' is that Bell End leads to Mincing Lane in Rowley Regis.

The name was there before the residents. They chose to live in Bell End.
Why change?

Bell End is a well known old street name in the area, as is Mincing Lane, I'd say it was tough titty but I believe that Tough Titty is in the neighbouring estate.
