I see on the OS that Pools have recalled Stephenson and Darcy from their loans.
Is that to beef up the squad ahead of the busy Holiday schedule, or a prelude to loanees John and Topallaj returning to their parent clubs as a cost reduction exercise?
For those older fans amongst you perhaps you can remember the days of John McPhail being in charge of a team comprising of "junior " players in the old 4th Division.
