Well UKIP do their best:

They currently have a candidate for next Mayor of London - Peter Gammons "Gammons for London" and of course they had the perfectly named leader recently - Dick Braine !!!!

UKIP must be making a special effort to find these characters.

My mate at work used to have a dentist in Durham called - Mr Dentith @@@!!!

There used to be a barber in Nottingham called Whitelocks.
 
I have done a bit of family tree research a few years back and my Great-Great-Great-Great Grandmother on my mum's side was the fantastically named Fanny Allbones which always gives me a chuckle. Would be a top VIZ name
Working for a German company we often indulge in a bit of childish humour on some of our e-mail lists.
Fanny Worms & Helmut Winker (swear filter prevent actual name but you can guess) being the two that stuck in my mind.
We did muse what would happen if they got married.
