This seems to be the case with many Championship teams.
They all seem to have good squads full of decent players ( as Sheff Weds for example ) but IMO they are often players with former glories, winding down and the overall team and management is weak.

This is where I think we are able to beat most of these teams as it is down to overall togetherness, tactics and having some very good talented players too.
