Some very stupid lawmakers in West Virginia are sick, presumably with the shits. They lifted the state’s ban on raw, unpasteurized milk a few weeks ago, then drank some raw, unpasteurized milk to celebrate, and, well, they are feeling bad lately. This seems an opportune moment to point out that actually, pasteurization is good.

"This is definitely not a criminal event. This is an accidental shooting," Captain Joseph Wells of the Putnam County Sheriff's Office said.

Followed by:-

Gilt may face criminal charges if the State Attorney's Office determine there was negligence on how the child obtained the firearm.

Obviously it's a criminal case, it's criminal negligence.

It's also worth mentioning that milk from other animals (cows, sheep, goats, etc) is not actually designed or intended for human consumption.

In other news, I had some raw milk once from a farm in Beoley, and I wasn't ill. It actually tasted very nice.

I totally agree Juan, as I am Lactose intolerant. We're the only species that consumes milk after childhood.

We have evolved to produce Lactase, the enzyme use to break down Lactose in milk, into adulthood, but eventually everyone stops doing so. Then you get diagnosed with things like IBS or other digestive disorders.

Mind you, without milk we would not have cheese, and as we all know cheese is delicious.

It was Americas liberal agenda that did. Still at least someone could now take a gun from her cold dead hand so at least she died happy.
