Can’t get carried away too much whether players impressed or not considering the standard of the opposition. I’ve seen many a player look great in pre-season but just no where near first team when we get back to the big time. Equally some of the poor performers have probably just got back from two weeks in Dubai so it’s all about getting minutes in.

Very enjoyable and could have scored a hatful after the 4th if we had been bothered. Got to be a good work out in that heat and contrary to those who said wesley was jogging about he chased everything down and worked very hard.

Impressed with Aaron Ramsey looked really lively and very decent on the ball.

The ref was awful though. Worst I have seen this season . How he missed a corner to us when super John played it off their mani will never know.
