Oh yes, I see now. It was Basha's point on that, not you. Sorry about that. I can see why you got wound up

FWIW I did give my opinion before the match that it made sense for Milenkovic to be playing, and wondering ( like Stenroach) why it was so bad to select him instead of Boly. But on your point about Muric, you are correct.
Yep it was me gently taking the piss out of Wolf who had suggested Muric might be a good signing. I know full well that Wolf will be within his rights to remind me of this every time Muric has a good game.

I was another who thought that Boly had done nothing wrong and was surprised he didn’t start. I also thought Yates should have started.

If someone wants to point that out then that’s fair play. I was wrong and delighted to be so.

But they are charging CL money and he's on silly CL wages??

That's the whole reason for concern?
Arsenal don’t need to sell so they can try to get as much as possible for him.

Would you not be as concerned paying £40m for Evanilson or £35m for Gimenez? This is where we are right now. £30m is a lot for us but in terms of strikers it doesn’t get you risk free…

Seems we have offered £30m for both
Let’s see who we get

Off topic here, but in November for my annual work trip I’m in London for our Arsenal game

I guess the chances of getting 2 tickets in the away end lie between ‘ no hope and Bob Hope’..??

Last season I had the absolute pleasure of watching us lose 5-0 at Fulham 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
Your chances of getting a ticket in the Arsenal end are only marginally better than getting one in the away end.

Unless their ticketing policy has changed you need to be a member at Arsenal to be eligible to buy a ticket.

I have some contacts, and Ironically I guy (expat) who I play football with has Silver membership at Arsenal and is asking for 3 tickets in the ballot. He has a 70% chance of success, so fingers crossed.

Likely watching us get humped again, in the home end again, but gotta take what you can get

I actually work with some Arsenal SC holders and they tell a different story.
Good quality EPL player - but not good enough to play in a team chasing the title and playing in the CL.
They think he will do a good job for us and help to take us to the next level

yup this is what I get from the gooners I know. but they did emphasise work ethic and attitude as well.

boly can't do so many games with his poor old legs so does have to be rested, felt Southampton game was tricky, first home for them etc so that's why I wud ov kept him.

fortunately we have nuno. nuno knows...
