11th

They had an 8 points penalty, not the 12 you seem to think it was.

Dyche is a great manager and he makes Everton an absolutely vile team to play. So hard to beat at times

But they aren't that good!
I would not want to watch much of that, and think that most on here would moan if that were what was served up at Forest

I can’t believe we had a positive VAR intervention today! Does that mean the grudge is lifted? 😲
Poor game of footer from us though. Sitting in deep against an already relegated team 🙄
We’ve got some work to do over the summer!

Sitting in deep is absolutely the best way to beat Burnley.

They like to piss about with it but they are crap, so they are more dangerous to themselves when they have the ball

Add the defensive resilience and grit of Dyche teams to our counter attacking quality and pace and you've got a team that could qualify for Europe

IMO

Results would improve dramatically
I like the Forest connection (isn't Ian Woan there too?) and I can see Dyche gets results, but I'd prefer to stick with Nuno for the minute.

If he can sort the defence out we might just become a good midtable side next season.

It's a big "IF" though

100 per cent Dyche would sort the defence and set piece issues before we even finished pre-season friendlies

We would be an entirely different prospect

And become a team way more feared by the opposition overnight

FACT

How can you call that FACT, where is your proof.

This may be a reference to a poster on another site in the distant past who used to include FACT a lot in his deluded efforts to persuade us to his point of view.

Sadly, my increased age and fading memory fail to retrieve the name of the poster.

Was it Rob1? Pitbull? Jom? Surely one of those absolute lunatics?

Sorting out grit and solid defence is what Dyche does?

It's his blueprint

And he's never had a Premier League squad with our flair and pace to catch teams on the break

Would be perfect fit for what we need to do to improve and kick on IMO

Im sure Dyche, Woan and Steve Stone would love to be managing us

And with the current situation at Everton and players we have in our squad and things we need to improve on

This is the perfect time to make it happen

Would significantly improve us and significantly weaken one of of our rival teams at the same time IMO
