Apologies to Steve Oz but in a attempt to get us all thinking early, I would like to start the prediction league with predictions of who is going to be sold in the current window.

The EFL has confirmed an agreement on a 10-week summer transfer window which opened on July 27. The market opened the day after the 2019/20 Premier League season finished and close again on October.

Please name the players who you think will leave, where to and for what price.
If price is witheld we will go with the fee considered to be known by the media.

It is 5 points for a player with maximum of 5 nominations.
Destination club. 5 points.
Spot on fee. 15 points, within £ 1 million 10 points, within £ 5 million 2 points.
If a player does not leave. Minus 2 points.

As the window has already opened, predictions need to be in by Friday 14 August.

1) You gotta be in to win it.

2)
a) Dont put off till tomorrow what you can do today,
or
b) Put off till tomorrow what you dont feel like doing today but
c) Just make sure you dont go past tomorrow as tomorrows another day, and

3) We are counting down from 18 and tomorrow maybe tooo late.

C01 is played on the 12th not the 9th - once posted I cant change the title which we used to be able to do, a frustrating block since this new system was introduced.
 
Transfer thread now abandoned. No points gained.

We have predictions from Steve and Rex so far and I will partake so will commence a league table in alphabetical order until the first game.

Yup ....joining in . I finished badly last season due to the fact I had to predict on my own . Hoping to relive my success of two seasons ago by watching endless videos of me correctly predicting as friends all around me wildly cheered me on

The key with the prediction league is to make sure you've predicted each round. I always try and stay on top of it but somehow come end of year I've always missed 6-7 rounds! Will try and get 100% attendance this year :grinning:

Are we going to have the "Expert" comparison like Lawro again this season? Was good to see how we compared with the pros... I guess it's harder to find solid predictions for the championship as it was for the prem!
 
Hi Nathan.

I think Lawro only predicts the prem scores but I will try to find a web
site where an ex pro predicts.
