Thanks, Salford! My Excel at home went, shall we say, base over apex at the weekend and I have had to use my work one when I had a moment......

Think it would be easier to use a 'IF' statements to turn all results into negative numbers, then a IF to find a 'no entry' to give them the maximum score. Then a straight filter to order them.
