GGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

Nmecha bundled home off his knee from a pass by one of the young subs Benarbe

3-1 City

Full Time 3-1 goals by De Bruyne, Sterling and Nmecha

It was a good exercise for City in their pre-season with one of Japans top teams giving City a run for their money and the difference apart from the obvious class was the finishing.

Man of the match of both teams was Park in goals for Yokohama
City's man of the match was De Bruyne, but mentions for Sterling, Bernardo Rodri and Claudio Bravo

Yokohama mid way though their season showed that they were sharp fit and very pacey, whilst City are still in the process of getting ready for the season in a couple of weeks time.

City still missing a few players that would be on the team sheet, but take nothing away from Yokohama who created as many chances if not more than City in this end to end game.

Whilst both teams missed golden chances the keeping of Park was a big factor in City not scoring more goals and add to that the wastefulness of the home side in front of goal plus an excellent performance for Bravo who was at not fault for the home side's goal.

City were the more classy side and exploited the high press by Yokohama, but followed a good move between Bernardo and Kevin De Bruyne who put City in the lead with a superb finish inside the box,, the home side equalised but then De Bryune with a slide rule pass to Sterling who ran from the halfway line to slot it past Park for the second goal and City to retake the lead which they never lost.

changes were made in the Heat of Yokohama and towards the end, Lucas Nmecha sealed it with a pass from Bernabe to make it 3-1. but id could have been different if the Home side had been more clinical in front of goal, they were wasteful and City made them pay for their misses.
