So well backed we made a profit on transfers and pulled the plug at the end of the window when Wilder very reasonably wanted an extra 2 signings.

Sakyi was definitely one I think o’hare might have been the other but could well be wrong on that I can’t remember for sure
 
It just shows that no manager is ever safe from his own fans. Edwards has worked miracles year after year, they've had rise after rise, unbelievable success especially for a club the size of Luton, and even last season they gave a far better account of themselves in the PL than we did. Yet just 9 games in they've completely turned on him, I thought some of their chants at the end were cringeworthy, they were non-league just a few years ago. It wasn't just an odd fan or two, they all seemed to be chanting and booing him. I thought our fans were fickle but like many, it took Wilder blaming all an sundry then sloping off out the back door for most to really turn on him. (me included)

Every teams fans are fickle when things aren't going well, even our MASSIVE neighbours.
 
They spent a lot of money, clearly not done their homework on the Prince. What Wilder and the team did was make a little go along way. The critical signing were Cooper, Souttar, Gilchrist and Burrows. 2 loans and 5million. Mark McGuiness cost Luton £8 million !.
