That was postponed in July though, and with the full agreement of Rotherham and the EFL. Slightly different circumstances, but perhaps Portsmouth should have advised the EFL in the first instance not to schedule a home game when they knew the festival was taking place that weekend.

Pompey must have known that festival dates as its a annual event at the end of August. Why did they not notify the EFL of the dates when they had the chance to when the fixtures are arranged.
