Manchester City FC has been very busy during this summers’ transfer market and in doing so, signed a plethora of players. But what about the mass exodus expected to leave the Etihad, and who could they be?

As I may have said before, these players are on their best contracts ever at City. Loan deals will be the go to run out their contracts. Not many will leave for a fee.
 
Plus there is the 'Pep' factor - they will all want to play for him and be coached into being better players.

I worked it out that if one includes Gunn, Maffeo, Angelino and Tosin then we have practically three players for every position.

 
Mooy put in a MOM performance in his first game for Town. This player is better than Delph IMO, but I can understand why he had to go out on loan to prove his worth in the UK.
 
I suggested previously last week that Pep might choose to go with as big a squad as possible this season but I am increasingly thinking he will turf some players out. Gael Clichy confirmed that some players have been training alone until they can get weight off. Those men could find themselves listed.
