Woodyard away v Crewe for Whitehouse. Fought for the ball, superb turn to get away from the midfielders, sublime defence-splitting pass picking up the run of Whitehouse who still had work to do but made the finish look easy.

That was a great bit of play from Woodyard. Also thought his pass for Ginelly at Wycombe was a beaut. So wish we could see him playing forward more because those flashes showed he’s got it in him.

There’s been any number of belting Neal Eardley crosses... Coventry, FGR, Accrington and Stevenage at SB are just a few that come to mind.
