Please do something about the ADS on this site

Appreciate the site needs income from ads to survive (and pay some of the guys who own/administer the site fatter wages than our crappy players ha ha), but why as I navigate does the ad go to watch on every click of a page, so I have to close it EVERYTIME

Surely on initial navigation it comes up, I watch it (or not) and get the option to close it early, then get on with contributing to the debates which is fair ....but every page navigation is quite Frankly peeing me off big-time! Am I the only one suffering, are my settings not correct? Is there a work around? Help!!!

Well said Greavsie, they are a pain in the butt. What I find SO annoying are the ads that take over the page and start the sound as well. (we discussed this a while ago but it's still happening - ANNOYING!)
 
I've been running adblock so long I didn't know this site had adverts... I have to install it even on other people's computers when I'm using them as I just find the net far too irritating without it.
 
Ad Block has saved my life and because of it I no longer piss my pants in public

Ok, so ad block doesn't work as I found out the other day.

Does paying this £3.50 get rid of the ads?




Find them super annoying today, seem to slow things down too.
 
I've now had to disable my adblocker to be able to use the site but now get the pop-up in your post. It's getting rather tiresome and is likely to drive me away.

I just ignore them . It doesn’t affect my time on the site one little bit …

If they hadn’t been brought up here , I would never have thought of them .
