Moniz doesn't look like a loser, but does he have what it takes (personally, or in personnel) to re-kickstart this season?

Just how long is moniz gonna stick around if it carries on? He don't strike me as being one to dig in while the muck is hitting the fan. His backroom staff need an upgrade IMO.

Moniz' post match interview hardly inspired me with confidence. In the vids we've seen of him at training he's been really impressive: no-nonsense, smart, invigorating, but now he just sounds like Derry did last year ... I hate to say because I always want to think the best for Notts ... but he sounds clueless.
