If the picture is too big and advises you so in red..... Just open the picture in "Paint"
Go to Image-Stretch/Skew and reduce the size by 30% then save the Image (may have to rename) and try to post again if the picture is still too large repeat the above to the saved Image until it is accepted.
Usually a 50% reduction is all it needs.
