30 mins in, no shots on target, currently nil nil. You can guess the rest. One nil to Shrews is inevitable

Well surprise surprise, some form of stumble. But we need to rush in tomorrow with a win. Rovers will be relieved to keep top spot.

1-1. That will do. 4 and 5 points adrift with three games in hand and far superior goal difference so a win and two draws will be good enough to put us back at the top.

Surely hat is achievable.

Shrewsbury got a point funny way looking at it takes them 4 points in front of us
Was it a good point or bad dropping 2
We still need a win tomorrow nothing less then its game on come on latics

At this stage we need Rovers and Shrews to run out of games, giving us enough scope for our own slip ups to catch them. They would have expected to win that, especially with top spot up for grabs

I know there'll still be 11 games to play after tomorrow but I hope we treat it as a cup final because a win will give us a massive psychological boost over our rivals.

it'll be close at the end but gotta respect Salop for keeping it up like they have. pound for pound the best side in the division (which is meaningless really, but still).

Its 2 points less than I expected them to get tonight so hope we make up some ground tomorrow ??

They're in the final of the checkatrade (league trophy)
They've already played 7 games and have 1 more to play. Do you think their fans will bemoan their progress in this tournament if they don't get automatic promotion? Do any of you think it's affected them? Would you rather us have concentrated on it rather than the FA cup? :hmm:

Hopefully the current squad (a large chunk of which was put together back in 2015/2016) can emulate the superb run of games at the end of the 2015/2016 season.
Mind you, the Colchester and Doncaster away matches showing that teams at the bottom could still put up a decent fight.....

I was at the Shrewsbury game tonight. Feisty affair. They were on top for most of the second half but the cobblers held out well. We should seriously look at Nolan (ex Everton) in the Shrews midfield. He was excellent the whole game. Can't imagine there were many other tics at the game. Walsall tomorrow. 0- 3.

Shrewsbury Town captain Abu Ogogo will miss Sunday's EFL Trophy final against Lincoln City and is likely to be out for the rest of the season because of a knee injury suffered in training

Oh dear. I wonder if that disappointment will drive a bounce back effect, or a continued stumble.

Not that it should matter like, .............. but fingers crossed.
